During these unprecedented times, we recognize the need to do all we can to ensure the health and safety of our guests and associates. We will continue to closely monitor and follow guidelines from the CDC and local health departments. 

We are also taking standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are adding additional steps to surpass the standards set forth for our industry. We will continue to monitor and adjust our services and offerings based on industry and regulatory directives.

Due to Charleston City mandate, masks are required while in public until further notice.

Below are specific areas we are addressing throughout the guest experience within our hotel:

Pre-Arrival
The following services will be unavailable until further notice to reduce guest interaction:

    • Complimentary continental breakfast
    • Complimentary evening reception
    • Daily stayover cleaning service
    • Room service from 82 Queen

Arrival

  • Lobby doors will be left open from 7am - 11pm to reduce contact points.
  • Staff is sanitizing check in items (i.e. guest room keys) to prevent contact from staff and previous guests.
  • Countertops and the beverage station will be wiped hourly after each guest interaction.

Registration Desk

  • Added sanitation services at the registration desk and throughout the property.
  • Guest rooms will be assigned at every other room on a rotational basis to increase distance between guests. This measure is based on availability and guest requests.
  • Staff will inform guests of local dining options due to continental breakfast service being closed.

Lobby Access

  • Will remain open between 7am - 11pm. Staff will conduct cleaning & sanitizing services in these areas during business hours.

Guest Rooms

  • Guest rooms will be deep cleaned prior to check in.
  • After check out, guest rooms will remain unoccupied for at least 24 hours to mitigate the spread of germs.
  • Daily room cleaning will be temporarily suspended, but guests will be provided self-cleaning and sanitization items at the front desk upon request.
  • Personal in-wall air conditioning units have been installed for each guest room to ensure optimal air quality and purity.
  • The hotel offers exterior guest room corridors that prevent spread of germs.

Food & Beverage (Complimentary)

  • We have discontinued our breakfast service until further notice, for everyone's safety. Suggestions for alternative nearby recommendations, is available for everyone. Consequently, room service from 82 Queen has ceased until further notice as well.
  • We will also discontinue our daily evening reception until further notice, to adhere to buffet restrictions mandated for South Carolina. 
  • Our courtyard beverage station will be available for service beginning at 7am and ending at 11pm.

Departure

  • Guest check out will be available by phone and receipts will be emailed to reduce congestion at the registration desk.

  • For a full refund, please cancel 72 hours before arrival date.*
  • Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies.
