The Unitarian Church of Charleston

The Unitarian Church of Charleston is the oldest of its denomination in the South and dates back to the time of The Revolutionary War. The church was not completed during the war, because the church was used as a strong hold for the Patriot Militia.  In 1780 the British overtook Charleston and commissioned the church
